As a Document Specialist, you will develop and maintain Microsoft templates, resolve complex document issues, and provide real-time assistance to end users. You’ll also design and deliver training sessions, create e-learning modules, and work closely with colleagues to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Office applications.
  • Create and maintain the firm’s precedent base and house styles.
  • Deliver document troubleshooting support and training to staff.
  • Develop user manuals, quick reference guides, and video tutorials.
  • Collaborate with IT and Knowledge teams to ensure best practice.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Document Specialist or similar role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills (styles, templates, macros) and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document comparison tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver clear, engaging training and support.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and excellent communication skills.
