Collections Strategy Mananger
About the Role
The Collection Strategy Manager leads the design, implementation, and optimisation of strategies and configuration across ORCA, EDGE, and SQL-based configuration packages.
The role is responsible for ensuring that all strategies deliver measurable performance improvements, align with client requirements, and are deployed safely and accurately.
The manager provides technical leadership across strategy development, performance analysis, controlled testing, and incident resolution, ensuring a high-quality and continuously improving strategy function.

Improvement in collection performance and customer outcomes.
Accuracy and quality of strategy/config releases (low incident and error rates).
Speed and effectiveness of incident investigation and root-cause resolution.
Measurable benefits generated through test-and-learn activity.
Quality and clarity of reporting, documentation, and presentations.
Stakeholder satisfaction (internal and client-facing).
Experience/Skills required
Significant experience in strategy or operational optimisation roles.
Strong SQL capability.
Familiarity with collections operations and client-led environments advantageous.
