A national non-profit organisation is delivering a major digital transformation programme to replace its finance system and fundraising CRM and better connect data across the organisation.

We’re looking for a Data Migration Consultant to lead the data workstreams and ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead data strategy, governance, and standards across the programme
• Own end-to-end data migration for CRM and finance systems (audit, mapping, cleansing, validation, security)
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, suppliers, and non-technical stakeholders
• Drive data-related decision-making and change management
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data practices and clear data ownership
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and dependencies with the wider project team

About you

• Proven experience leading data or CRM migration projects in a non-profit or similar values-led organisation
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central
• Strong communicator able to influence and build trust at all levels
• Calm, organised, and solutions-focused
• Solid understanding of data protection, governance, and quality
