- Led end-to-end data migration for an IFS Cloud implementation, including data assessment, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation across legacy systems
- Designed and executed ETL processes using IFS Migration tools and SQL, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with IFS Cloud standards
- Collaborated closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define migration rules, resolve data issues, and support UAT and cutover activities
- Delivered the project successfully within a 6-month full-time contract, working in a hybrid model with regular travel to Midlands client sites to support workshops and go-live phases
