Location: Reading or London (4 days onsite)

Salary: £100,000 – £115,000 base + car allowance + 20% bonus

About the Opportunity

We're working with a global technology business undergoing a major cybersecurity transformation. This is a unique opportunity to lead the business management function for Group Security, driving operational excellence and supporting strategic decision-making at the highest level.

What You'll Do

• Lead business operations for Group Security, including finance, costing, and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to keep the business updated.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the CSO function.
• Manage a small team and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and governance.
