We're hiring: Performance Marketing Manager | Consumer Fintech | £65,000 | London (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a fast‑scaling consumer fintech that's reinventing how people finance major purchases — starting with the car‑buying experience. Their mission is to bring speed, fairness, and transparency to a traditionally painful industry, and marketing is one of the engines powering that growth.
This role sits right at the heart of performance. You'll help run multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end across Meta and Paid Search, operate a structured testing roadmap, uncover insights quickly, and push constant optimisation. It's very hands‑on, fast‑paced and output‑driven — perfect for someone who thrives in the details but also wants real ownership and room to grow.
You'll work closely with channel owners, creatives, analysts, and product teams to launch tests, analyse performance, scale what works, and continuously raise the bar.
What you'll be doing:
- Launching, optimising, and QA‑ing high‑quality campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social platforms
- Supporting a structured testing roadmap spanning audiences, bidding, creative, messaging, placements, and more
- Building and refining campaign setups, tracking, and targeting to ensure clean, scalable execution
- Monitoring daily performance, spotting early trends, and feeding actionable recommendations
- Getting assets live quickly and learning what resonates with the audience
- Transforming insights into iterative improvements across channels
What they're looking for:
- 3–5 years hands‑on experience across performance channels (Meta, Google Ads, or similar)
- Someone structured, analytical, and detail‑obsessed — who enjoys making campaigns run smoothly
- A growth‑minded marketer who thrives in fast‑paced, experimentation‑driven environments
- Someone who loves numbers, platforms, troubleshooting, and rolling up their sleeves
