Senior Software Engineer | Hybrid (x1 per week in London)| £95,000

We are delighted to be partnered with a pioneering company in the SportsTech industry that’s scaling their AI capabilities and continuing to push the boundaries of real-time computer vision applications.

As part of this growth, they’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join and lead one of their cross-functional product teams in their Human Performance group, which is focused on building cutting-edge solutions for athletes and sports teams.

Within this team you will be working on the development of exciting greenfield projects using innovative technologies.

Day to Day Work:

• Development and delivery focussed. You will have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact across the entire product area, listen to customers' needs and deliver game-changing features to push the boundaries of what they can achieve. You will be empowered to take ownership of the user experience to support our coaches and athletes.
• Test new ideas . Iterate rapidly, deploying changes to the product hundreds of times daily across the Engineering team. In addition to working on concrete features, you’ll have the opportunity to propose solutions to more ambiguous technical problems and provide guidance to less experienced engineers.
• Mentor. You’ll share your expertise and educate others on development best practices and trade-offs, setting an example in planning, designing and delivering complex projects.

I deally you will have:

• 5+ Years experience with C# or Java, React, TypeScript, AWS
• OOP experience
• Led or played a key role in developing large-scale applications
• Quick learner/enthusiastic
• Experience leading on projects
