OneTrust Implementation Specialist
We are seeking a OneTrust Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of complex privacy and governance technology implementations. This role is suited to professionals with hands-on experience configuring and deploying OneTrust solutions across multiple modules, working directly with clients in delivery-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure OneTrust solutions across Privacy, Cookies and UCPM, GRC, and AI governance modules
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities, from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go-live
- Translate legal, privacy, and risk requirements into practical platform configurations
- Configure workflows, assessments, reporting, and dashboards aligned with client operating models
- Support data migration, integrations, and tenant optimisation where required
- Provide implementation guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams
- Troubleshoot issues and support remediation during and post-implementation
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience implementing OneTrust modules in client or enterprise environments
- Strong practical knowledge of Privacy programme tooling, cookie compliance, and UCPM
- Experience delivering GRC implementations, including risk assessments and control frameworks
- Exposure to AI governance or AI risk management tooling and frameworks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation workstreams
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
