We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Business Analyst to join our Transformation team. In this pivotal role, you will analyse business models, structures, processes, and customer journeys across a wide range of service areas. Your insights will directly support improved service delivery, operational efficiency, and the modernisation of services across the client.

You will help shape the client's future ways of working by redesigning processes, enhancing digital capability, and driving a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision making and collaborative change activity.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse business models, structures, processes, and customer journeys to identify opportunities for service improvement and increased efficiency.
• Advise on and facilitate the redesign of business processes with a focus on modernisation, digital enhancement, and continuous improvement.
• Lead complex business and systems process analysis, identifying areas for transformational change and facilitating collaborative redesign workshops.
• Work closely with senior managers, colleagues, and partners to support the development and delivery of improvement plans.

• Is confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Possesses excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
