Onboarding project Lead
This leading tech focussed business on the outskirts of Leeds are looking to recruit an Onboarding Project Lead, this fully office-based role, is a great opportunity to work closely with long standing customers to engage and build relationships. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied and challenging role that will encompass;
- Acting as the main point of contact for all customer onboarding
- Manage and verify customer orders
- Arrange and confirm installation details
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, technical support and IT to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Manage regular customer reviews
- Manage the customer's journey for onboarding
- Manage any queries along the process
- Maintain all accurate records and administration
This is an exciting opportunity for an onboarding project lead or someone from a customer experience background to join this fast paced and dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will have;
- Minimum of 2-3 years onboarding, project coordination, or client-facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and approachable manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Comfortable liaising with technical teams at both operational and senior levels.
- Familiar with using CRM tools to track and manage customer onboarding journeys.
- Experience engaging with site-based IT teams is advantageous
