The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to join our growing Sales team.

In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing and prospective customers, building trusted relationships and supporting them throughout their journey with MCS. You'll combine consultative selling with account management to deliver long-term value for both customers and the business.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, opportunities are maximised, and an exceptional customer experience is delivered at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing relationships via site visits, online meetings, and phone calls
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers
  • Negotiate and close business contracts with new and existing clients
  • Advise customers on MCS software solutions, ensuring the right products are matched to their business needs
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Address customer needs and concerns promptly to strengthen relationships and improve customer satisfaction
  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience through meaningful engagement and a deep understanding of customer requirements
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve escalated issues and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates using HubSpot CRM

You Should Apply If

· You have proven experience in sales or account management

· You are confident managing customer relationships and closing deals

· You have strong negotiation, objection-handling, and problem-solving skills

· You are IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)

· You can communicate confidently at all levels, both internally and externally

· You have excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence and engage

· You are self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work on your own initiative

· You manage your time effectively and consistently meet deadlines

· Knowledge of the rental industry is an advantage

· Additional language skills (French, German, or Dutch) are beneficial but not essential
