SaaS Sales Executive – Remote / Hybrid | Hospitality & QSR
Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission
Our client is a fast-growing hospitality SaaS company helping multi-site restaurants and QSRs reduce operational losses. Their platform integrates with POS, inventory, and operational data to improve:
- POS refunds & voids
- Food cost, waste & staff meals
- Labour efficiency & performance
- Delivery refunds & out-of-stock issues
- Loss-prevention insights
We’re hiring a SaaS Sales Executive to sell the platform to Ops, Finance, and Loss Prevention teams. You’ll:
- Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle (discovery close)
- Work a database of warm leads and prospect new operators
- Run consultative, ROI-focused discovery calls
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate closely with founders and product teams
- 2–4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience selling into hospitality, QSR, retail, or multi-site operations a plus
- Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills
- Comfortable with outbound research & lead generation
- Commercially sharp, structured, and self-motivated
- Remote or hybrid working

Salary
- £35k base plus uncapped commission (circa £20-40k)
