SaaS Sales Executive – Remote / Hybrid | Hospitality & QSR

Location: UK (Remote / Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission

Our client is a fast-growing hospitality SaaS company helping multi-site restaurants and QSRs reduce operational losses. Their platform integrates with POS, inventory, and operational data to improve:

  • POS refunds & voids
  • Food cost, waste & staff meals
  • Labour efficiency & performance
  • Delivery refunds & out-of-stock issues
  • Loss-prevention insights
The Role

We’re hiring a SaaS Sales Executive to sell the platform to Ops, Finance, and Loss Prevention teams. You’ll:

  • Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle (discovery close)
  • Work a database of warm leads and prospect new operators
  • Run consultative, ROI-focused discovery calls
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams
Requirements
  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience selling into hospitality, QSR, retail, or multi-site operations a plus
  • Strong discovery, qualification, and closing skills
  • Comfortable with outbound research & lead generation
  • Commercially sharp, structured, and self-motivated
