Information Technology Sales Specialist

We're partnering with a growing IT services business, looking to hire a Sales Executive to join their established sales team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being involved across the full sales cycle and wants to grow within a stable, close-knit organisation.
The Role
This is a new business-focused sales role selling IT services and solutions into the SME market. You'll manage opportunities end-to-end, from initial outreach through to closing and ongoing relationship development. Candidates from any IT services background will be considered — including MSPs, IT resellers, managed print, telecoms, cloud, cybersecurity, or wider IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively generating new business through outbound activity, referrals, and networking
• Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to deal close
• Engaging with business decision-makers to understand challenges and propose suitable IT solutions
• Collaborating with internal and technical teams to scope and deliver proposals
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and forecasts
• Building long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and upsell business
What We're Looking For
• Experience selling IT services or IT solutions, direct to end users.
• Comfortable with consultative, solution-led sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and confident working towards targets
• Happy to work office-based.

• £40,000 base salary
