We're looking for a System Implementation & Architecture Lead who thrives on delivering large-scale system projects, driving technical strategy, and building robust, scalable IT landscapes. What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the Implementation

• Take full technical ownership of a major ERP implementation, from planning through post-go-live.
• Define project scope, manage workstreams, and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ensure the project delivers on time, on budget, and to the highest technical standards.

Shape the System Architecture

• Design and implement scalable, future-ready IT architectures.
• Define integration strategies, non-functional requirements, and performance benchmarks.
• Oversee technology consistency and maintainability across the organisation.

Provide Strategic & Technical Direction

• Advise senior stakeholders on architecture, technical strategy, and implementation decisions.
• Translate business needs into actionable, high-quality technical solutions. Guide scoping, data migration, and integration planning to enable seamless system adoption.

Ensure Quality & Governance

• Lead architecture risk reviews and technical assessments throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain compliance, security, and performance standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities to optimise the technical landscape.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or complex system implementations.
• Deep understanding of IT architecture, system design, and integrations.
• Experience managing cloud-based environments (Azure or AWS).
• Strong stakeholder management skills , able to influence technical decisions at all levels.
• Expertise in application scoping, data migration, and change management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications like TOGAF or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are desirable.
