Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day finance operations
- Managing AP/AR to ensure smooth delivery on client projects
- Weekly cashflow oversight
- Monthly management & investor reporting
- Leading forecasting and annual budgeting cycles
- Implementing robust financial controls
- Supporting and developing junior finance team members
- Partnering with teams across the UK and Australia
Requirements:
- Strong management accounting experience
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities at pace
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build strong internal relationships
- Proactive, solutions-driven approach
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
