We are working with a fast-growing technology business that is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join on a maternity cover contract.

The role involves providing strategic legal advice across commercial, regulatory, corporate, and employment matters; supporting new product and service launches; managing complex litigation and regulatory investigations; and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key requirements:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong background in UK commercial, regulatory
• In-house or high growth/regulated services experience preferred
• Experience in dispute resolution is a strong plus
