Key Responsibilities
  • Lead requirements gathering and convert business needs into precise technical specifications
  • Analyse existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate workshops and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation
  • Collaborate with ICT teams, service managers, and external partners to deliver digital projects
  • Provide technical expertise on cloud and on-premises systems
  • Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation

Your work will directly influence strategic projects aimed at modernising services and embedding digital solutions that reduce waste, streamline processes, and enhance customer engagement.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within an ICT environment
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis techniques and the full change lifecycle
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and digital platforms
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and process improvement initiatives
  • Industry-recognised qualification (BCS, PMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) or actively working towards one

Desirable experience includes digital transformation projects, business intelligence tools, and business process redesign.
