This role sits within the Insurance Products Team, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring clients maximize the potential of a highly configurable and complex platform. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working within a specialist team focused on insurance product implementations and system enhancements.
- Helping clients understand the full range of options and possibilities for leveraging the platform.
- Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Solving challenging technical problems using a structured, logical approach.
- Gathering client requirements and translating them into detailed, accurate specifications.
- Managing complex implementations and ensuring delivery meets agreed specifications.
- Continuously monitoring and improving all aspects of the system.
- Supporting the sales team by contributing to proposals and presenting technical solutions to clients.
You will be given early responsibility for discrete projects and receive structured, termly feedback to support your development.

- 2-3 years' experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel, SQL) and ability to learn new concepts quickly.
- Confidence, eagerness to take on responsibility, and a track record of delivering projects successfully.
