Our client is an impressive tech company with global reach.

They seek a Legal Corporate Counsel to support the business across a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders including the Group General Counsel, Finance, Tax and Treasury teams, senior commercial leaders, and other support functions to enable informed commercial decision-making.

You will be key member of the truly International legal team, working collaboratively, across the global markets and making a real difference.

You will have at least 2-3 years post qualification experience from within a reputable corporate private practice and/or a corporate M&A in house team. Experience in supporting corporate transactions, public company compliance, governance and ESG matters would be beneficial along with strong organisational skills and commercial judgment. You will be comfortable your communication and collaboration skills together with a confidence in legal technology and AI tools.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

Corporate and Transactional Support;

Public Company and Governance;

Corporate Operations and Risk;

External Counsel and Legal Operations; and

Team Development.
