Are you someone who loves turning complex processes into seamless automated journeys? We're looking for a HubSpot Automation Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and elevate how we deliver marketing, sales, and customer experience operations.

This is the ideal role for someone who blends technical expertise with creative thinking - someone who not only understands how HubSpot functions, but who enjoys crafting solutions that make the entire organisation more efficient and effective.

The Role

As our HubSpot Automation Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert responsible for the operational management, development, and continuous optimisation of our HubSpot environment.

Working closely with marketing, sales, IT, and wider teams, you will ensure the system is configured correctly, used intelligently, and consistently improved through data-driven insight.

This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, building smart automations, and refining user journeys to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HubSpot operations, including workflows, automations, CRM customisation, integrations, and data structure.
  • Design, build, and refine automated journeys across marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure the platform supports both solid technical foundations and creative campaign execution.
  • Monitor workflow, campaign, and funnel performance to highlight opportunities for optimisation.
  • Provide teams with clear, actionable recommendations for improving HubSpot usage.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain high standards of data quality and compliance.
  • Stay current with new HubSpot features and best practices, proactively introducing enhancements.
What We're Looking For
  • Hands-on experience working with HubSpot in a technical or automation-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of how HubSpot supports marketing activity and customer journeys.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn performance insights into practical improvements.
  • Confident communicator able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a natural drive for optimisation and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
  • HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience working with marketing or sales teams, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Understanding of reporting, attribution, and funnel performance analysis.
Why Join Us?
  • Play a key role in shaping and evolving our entire HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Work at the intersection of creativity and automation, influencing how teams operate.
  • Collaborative and supportive team based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills as the platform - and the business - continues to grow.
