Compliance Coordinator
The Compliance Coordinator role provides essential administrative and operational support across governance cadence, compliance rationalisation, and risk register management. Working directly with the Business Governance Manager, the post holder will help ensure that compliance activities are delivered consistently, with a particular focus on asset audits and reconciliation.

Description
- Governance Cadence - Schedule and administer meetings, agendas, documentation, and action tracking for governance forums, steering groups, and gated reviews.
- Compliance Rationalisation - Maintain compliance evidence libraries, supporting ISO, GDPR, financial, and security frameworks to ensure audit readiness.
- Risk Register Cadence - Administer the business risk register, ensuring cadence, consistency, and reporting discipline under the oversight of the Head of Department.
- Asset Lifecycle & Audits - Support asset baselining, reconciliation, and audits, ensuring records are accurate, consistent, and aligned with compliance expectations.
- Goods-In Support - Manage goods-in activities, including logging and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with procurement and asset processes.
- License & Support Management - Maintain records of licenses and support agreements.
Profile
A successful Compliance Coordinator should have:
- Background: Suitable for a graduate calibre professional with strong organisational and administrative skills. Prior experience in compliance, governance, or audit support is desirable but not essential.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and consistent in approach.
- Able to follow structured processes while recognising their role in driving organisational cultural change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident working across teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
