An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Payroll professional - DayForce (REMOTE). Seeking someone on short notice and/or immediately available, happy for an interim contract within the Retail industry

Description

Dayforce Payroll Analyst (INTERIM)

• Implementing and managing payroll testing process for DayForce.
• Identifying and resolving any payroll discrepancies or issues.
• UAT through to BAU (training, development for internal staff)
• Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.
• Documenting all testing procedures and results for future reference.
• Training and supporting team members in payroll testing activities.
• Communicating effectively with all levels of staff regarding payroll-related queries.
• Ensuring data confidentiality and adhering to the company's standards and regulations.

Profile

Dayforce Payroll Analyst (INTERIM)

• Able to commit to a minimum of a 6 month term (Remote working - proven previous exposure to this working format, references will need to be provided!)
• DayForce experience is ESSENTIAL - in a testing, implementation environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exposure to writing test scripts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very strong ability to work independently
• The ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Being agile as and when the project progresses to change responsibility and role
