Description

  • Manage the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
  • Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Provide insight through financial analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to evaluate performance and business cases.
  • Lead improvements in financial reporting processes and systems.
  • Support a smooth and efficient audit process.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
  • Prepare and present regular management reports to senior leadership.
  • Lead and contribute to finance and cross-functional projects supporting business growth and transformation.

Profile

A successful Group Finance Manager should have:

  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholder.
