- Manage the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide insight through financial analysis to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to evaluate performance and business cases.
- Lead improvements in financial reporting processes and systems.
- Support a smooth and efficient audit process.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team.
- Prepare and present regular management reports to senior leadership.
- Lead and contribute to finance and cross-functional projects supporting business growth and transformation.
Profile
A successful Group Finance Manager should have:
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholder.
