Finance Administrator

Responsible for ensuring accurate invoicing, including handling queries and assisting the wider team with streamlining processes. You will be working across multiple systems to complete reporting and billing activities in a timely and accurate manner.

Description

  • Recalculating costs for Clients
  • Dealing with inbound e-mails from Clients relating to time disputes, charges and quality issues
  • Maintain effective communication channels with team members and suppliers
  • Produce and process client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Produce credit notes when required
  • Working on daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all costs are correct in the systems
  • Work across multiple systems

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Experience in an invoice-processing role
  • Be confident liaising both internally and externally
  • Be proficient on Excel
