As 1st Line Service Desk Analyst you will be an outstanding communicator driven by fantastic customer service. The 1st Line Service Desk Analyst will be able to demonstrate technical competency across technology such as Windows, O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, SharePoint, Networking whilst working in a fast paced, client driven environment. You will be you an integral part of the dynamic Service Delivery Team, acting as the first point of contact for their clients' IT requests and issues.
