About the role
This is a founding product engineering role at the intersection of research, backend systems, and user experience.
You will:
- Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Turn research capabilities into usable, reliable, and scalable products
- Work deeply with databases, APIs, and AI systems
- Design systems where correctness, trust, and transparency matter
- Own features from concept to production to iteration
- Think deeply about edge cases, failure modes, and product boundaries
- Help define what “AI-native products” should look like from first principles
Required experience
- Strong experience shipping full-stack or product-focused systems in production
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, and data layers
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and complex data flows
- Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into real, shipped software
- Strong engineering judgment and product intuition
- High ownership mindset. You build it, you run it, you improve it
