Lead D365 CE Functional Consultant

London (hybrid 2-3 days weekly)

We are seeking a Lead D365 CE Functional Consultant to join an established CRM end user in London. This role offers the opportunity to work in modern offices on a hybrid basis (2-3 days per week onsite). You will take ownership of end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE projects, specialising in Sales and/or Field Service modules, while driving adoption, optimisation and governance.

This senior position will require the successful applicant to lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and play a pivotal role in shaping the organisations CRM strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of Dynamics 365 CRM system, ensuring that its being utilised to its maximum potential.
  • Facilitate workshops, create functional design documents, and drive system adoption.
  • Customise Dynamics 365 CE and leverage Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI & more).
  • Mentor Junior Consultants and ensure ongoing optimisation and governance.

Skills

  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle D365 CE projects (Sales/Field Service preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Expertise in customisation, configuration and Power Platform integration
  • Ability to lead workshops and produce clear functional documentation.
