Nigel Frank is proud to be working with a leading London-based organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. They are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to play a key role in designing, building, and optimising solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The Role
As a Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions using:
- Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas)
- Power Automate
- Power Pages
- Dynamics 365 CE
- SharePoint & Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus etc.)
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring best practice in development, governance, and security. You’ll also help guide and support other developers, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
This role will suit someone who enjoys technical ownership, solution design, mentoring others, and shaping how the organisation uses the Microsoft stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & develop Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions that are scalable, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Lead technical decision-making , reviewing code, promoting best practice, and influencing solution architecture.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to translate requirements into well-structured technical designs.
- Integrate solutions with wider enterprise systems using Azure integration tools and Dataverse.
- Drive automation & process improvement , reducing manual work and enhancing user experience.
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain existing apps, workflows, and integrations.
- Support governance , including coding standards, documentation, data management, and security controls.
- Provide technical coaching to developers and support knowledge-sharing across the digital team.
- Stay current with the Microsoft roadmap , advising on new features and driving innovation.
- Contribute to project planning , providing estimates and delivering work on time and within scope.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong commercial experience building solutions across the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, JavaScript, C#, Power Pages/Portals, or Liquid Templates.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse, plugins, custom APIs and application lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and automating complex business processes.
- Background working in agile or DevOps-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with Power BI is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior developers is highly desirable.
- Strong awareness of security, compliance, and data governance practices.
