We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialise in designing and developing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that address business challenges and optimise customer relationship management processes.
Key Points : - Candidates should have experience in working directly with Client in workshops or requirement gatherings from clients.
Candidates should have worked in Custom API Plugin, Plugin, JavaScript, some understanding of PCF controls.
- Worked in D365 development majorly.
- Worked in Canvas / Module driven APPS.
- Worked in Sales / Service module.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, analyse requirements, and propose innovative solutions that maximize the value of CRM.
- Hands on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development on customer implementations.
- CRM system integration projects with existing systems and services.
- Assisting CRM development/deployment processes.
Experience and Background:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2013, 2015, 2016 or 365.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for Dynamics 365 custom development.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Dataverse and Common Data Model (CDM).
