Systems Administrator - IFS

This role is critical to maintaining and improving the performance of our ERP environment, supporting end-users, and driving system enhancements that align with business objectives and compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Act as the go-to expert for the IFS ERP system, managing configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain system security and ensure proper access controls for all users.
• Develop user guides, best practice documentation, and deliver training to staff.
• Monitor system performance and proactively implement improvements to maximize uptime and efficiency.
• Lead testing and deployment of new modules and software updates.
• Support disaster recovery planning and participate in after-hours support when required.

• Experience in ERP administration, with hands-on experience with IFS specifically

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GxP or similar standards is a plus.
