HR Systems Administrator Apprentice (Level 3)
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in a professional and supportive HR team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who has a genuine interest in technology, particularly in managing and updating online platforms or systems, and resolving technical queries.
Role
Working closely with the HR Systems Specialist, your tasks will include:
- Assisting with the maintenance of the iTrent core system and its multiple portals, ensuring all data and documentation are accurate and available for our users
- Acting as the first point of contact for iTrent user queries ie setting up and managing user accounts, security permissions and access rights
- Creating and updating employee working patterns
- Running key HR reports for line managers (to include headcount, sickness absence)
- Assisting with the testing and launch of iTrent’s multiple modules
Training
- Business Administrator Level 3
- You will need to attend 1 day a month at Kingston College
We would hope the candidate would have the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.
