What You'll Do:
As their Office Administrator Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of their office, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting their wonderful team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain a tidy and organised office space that reflects our energetic culture. This includes ordering supplies, managing inventory, and supporting the logistical needs of our team.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, embodying our friendly and professional spirit.
  • Event Coordination: Help organise team events, meetings, and workshops that foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Assist in maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing documents to ensure our operations run smoothly.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual who possesses:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required!
