Now, we’re growing - and we need a customer-focused, tech-savvy support professional to be the first point of contact for our customers.

The Role

As a First Line Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of OGT. You’ll help customers, gather information, create support tickets, and ensure every customer interaction feels professional, efficient, and positive.

This is an entry-level to early-career role with real exposure to cutting-edge golf technology and clear opportunities to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as first point of contact for customers via phone, email, webchat, and Microsoft Teams
  • Creating and updating support tickets with accurate technical details
  • Following up on automated chatbot queries to ensure no customer is left behind
  • Proactively contacting customers to gather missing information or provide updates
  • Provide first level technical troubleshooting assistance for our products (full training provided)
  • Supporting loan equipment administration, including delivery and collection coordination
  • Assisting customers with software access, account creation, and post-installation support
  • Helping maintain our demo and simulation environment
  • Communicating software and hardware updates to internal teams and key customers
  • Supporting customer satisfaction initiatives, including post-support surveys
  • Helping improve internal processes and customer communication templates over time

You won’t be expected to “know everything” on day one - training is provided, and you’ll work closely with experienced technical specialists.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service mindset - you genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Confident telephone and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using technology, and preferably ticketing tools
  • Well-organised, reliable, and detail-focused
  • Able to stay calm and professional when customers are frustrated
  • Ideally an interest in golf, sport, or technology (passion is a big plus!)
  • Motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
