Onsite AV Technician
Your New Role Are you an experienced AV professional with a passion for delivering top-tier technical support in a corporate environment? We are recruiting an Onsite AV Engineer to join a high-end client in Central London, ensuring seamless audiovisual experiences for VIP clients, internal teams, and high-profile visitors. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with shifts between 8am and 6pm (early/late shifts), plus overtime opportunities.
About the Role As part of a dedicated AV team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and other AV/VC systems, setting up and troubleshooting equipment for meetings and corporate events, and providing outstanding customer service. This role requires strong client-facing skills, technical expertise around Crestron and Microsoft Teams Rooms, professionalism, and the ability to handle VIP clients with discretion and confidence.
Key Responsibilities* Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting VIP clients with their AV and technology needs.* Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment for meetings and corporate events.* Support and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and AV/VC systems to ensure smooth operations.* Collaborate with internal teams and the Technical Team Lead to provide a seamless AV experience.
Key Requirements* Proven experience working with MTR and AV/VC technologies, particularly Crestron, in a corporate setting.* Professional appearance and ability to adhere to a corporate dress code (suit required).* Strong customer service skills with a confident, approachable, and proactive attitude.* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work independently.* Previous experience handling VIP client requests with professionalism and discretion.
