The Role

• Own and optimise operational processes to support business growth
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Customer, Finance, and Commercial teams
• Support the delivery of key operational projects and initiatives
• Build frameworks, documentation, and processes that enable scale
• Use data and insights to track performance and drive continuous improvement

About You

• Experience in an operations, business operations, or programme management role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working with stakeholders across the business
• Experience within FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth start-ups is advantageous
