Location - Southeast London & Hybrid (3 days a week)
Salary - £60,000 - £80,000, Flexible dependant on experience

The Role
We are recruiting for a commercially minded Data Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth settings. In this role, you will help shape the data culture while partnering with product, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights. You'll play a key part in strengthening the company's BI infrastructure and ensuring data-led decision-making across the organisation. This position offers broad exposure and tangible impact on product performance and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and senior leadership on defining and monitoring key business metrics.
- Perform customer journey and funnel analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Support experimentation and A/B testing across key product and campaign initiatives.
- Analyse large datasets using SQL and Python to uncover trends and guide strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards using modern BI tools (e.g., Looker Studio, BigQuery).
- Maintain high data quality through validation, monitoring and governance best practices.
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of the analytics and data warehouse environment.
- Provide BI guidance, training and support to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and optimise dashboards, data models and queries for improved performance.
Essential Experience & Skills
- 4+ years' experience in Data Analytics or BI roles.
- Strong SQL and Python capability.
- Background supporting product, marketing or commercial teams.
- Proven track record of delivering insights that influence business performance.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with analytics engineering tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing platforms.
- Exposure to cloud-based data environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience within digital consumer businesses or online entertainment sectors.
