HR Manager – Operational / Generalist Permanent  Glasgow  £45000 - £50000 + benefits  We’re supporting a growing private-sector technology business to hire an HR Manager for a hands-on, operational role.  This position will own the full HR lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for managers and employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, payroll liaison, contracts, policies, and day-to-day HR operations within a lean, fast-paced organisation.  The role suits someone confident operating autonomously, comfortable managing ER cases end-to-end, and able to work pragmatically with senior stakeholders. This is not a policy-heavy or public-sector style environment.  Ideal background:
