To help us continue expanding our offering, we're in search of a Sales Account Manager to join our team.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to join our fast-growing SaaS team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of clients, helping them maximise value from our CRM platform, and driving revenue through retention, upsells, and new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone who is both experienced and respected in their field - an individual who can not only close deals but also build trust and establish Plannr as a trusted partner in the financial services industry.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
· Deliver Results: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while upholding Plannr's core values.
· Represent the Brand: Confidently present Plannr's products and services to medium- to large-sized firms.
· Tailor Solutions: Develop customised product demos and proposals based on client needs and business goals.
· Drive the Sales Cycle: Identify and nurture leads, manage opportunities through to close, and transition new clients seamlessly to the implementation team.
· Forge Strong Relationships: Build long-term, trusted partnerships by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and positioning Plannr as their ideal solution.
· Contribute Strategically: Gather client insights and relay feedback to influence product development and marketing initiatives.
· Champion Innovation: Introduce data-driven sales strategies, explore new approaches, and help establish partnerships to expand Plannr's reach.
Who We're Looking For
· A respected professional with 5 years of sales experience, ideally in Backoffice/CRM sales to the financial advice sector or B2B software sales and / or financial services.
· A strategic thinker who thrives on identifying opportunities, solving problems, and making a measurable impact.
· An excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Someone with a can-do mentality, eager to collaborate with a dynamic team.
· Bonus: Experience as a consultant in financial services or expertise in financial advice markets.
