Regional Account Manager - West Yorkshire

Salary - £35,000 Basic + £6,000 Car Allowance + Additional £30K Commission OTE

Location - Remote, covering West Yorkshire with occasional office time in Wakefield

Are you a high-performing Regional Account Manager ready to take on a new challenge in the West Yorkshire region?

A leading professional services firm that partners with organisations across sectors, providing innovative digital tools and dedicated support to help them grow and deliver more for their customers, is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Account Manager to cover a dynamic West Yorkshire territory.

This is a field-based role focused on developing strong commercial relationships with introducing partners and end-user clients.

It is mainly exisiting business with inbound leads for new business coming from referrals, renewals and introductions.

As a Regional Account Manager, you'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to organisations across a broad range of sectors. You’ll have access to an extensive portfolio designed to support clients with their growth and long-term objectives.

Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager:

  • Develop a sustainable territory of channel introducers and direct clients across West Yorkshire
  • Identify opportunities and provide tailored recommendations from a full suite of solutions
  • Manage relationships via phone, email, video calls, and face-to-face visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of client projects
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure a healthy, active pipeline
  • Represent the business with professionalism and integrity across the region

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in managing introducing partners and direct clients
  • Confident, personable, and able to communicate complex solutions clearly
  • Self-starter who can work independently while hitting sales targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence is essential

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £35,000
  • Car Allowance: £6,000
  • Uncapped Commission - Realistic £30,000 per annum
  • Remote, field-based role covering West Yorkshire
