Network Engineer (Contract) – Epsom – £250–£300/day (Inside IR35)

Location: Epsom (on-site)

Working Pattern: 3 days per week (fully on-site), moving to 5 days once the project transitions

Contract Length: 3 months with a view to extending and full-time.

Day Rate: £250–£300 (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

Must Have Enhanced DBS

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join on a 3-month contract, helping deliver a key project to transition 3rd Line Networking and Infrastructure on-site .

The role will start as a 3-day-per-week on-site position and transition to 5 days per week once the initial migration project is complete.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless setup, maintaining network stability, and supporting future infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the transition of 3rd Line Networking and Infrastructure on-site
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure
• Work hands-on with Cisco and Cisco Meraki technologies
• Ensure network reliability and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance infrastructure operations

Key Skills

• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment
• Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and configure complex network environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting or delivering network/infrastructure projects
