PA to C-Suite

Are you a proactive Personal Assistant with experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership teams? This might be the right opportunity for you!
We are looking for an experienced PA with excellent attention to detail and high professionalism, discretion and level of maturity to support the C-suite of a Tech multinational company with headquarters in London. The split will be around 60% support to the CEO, 40% to other C-level executives in the company.
Main responsibilities:
Financial & Travel Logistics Management
• Responsible for coordinating and managing all travel arrangements, both domestic and international, for the CEO and the Operating Executive Committee members.
• Handle the CEO's personal and business expenses and oversee the submission/approval flow for general executive team expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Manage other administrative and personal finance-related tasks for the CEO as required.
General Admin Support
• Provide day-to-day ad hoc administrative support to the CEO and Op. EX. Co. (e.g., proofreading, formatting presentations or reports)
• Manage the process for signing documentation that requires CEO authorisation.
CEO Personal Administration
• Provide dedicated personal administrative support for the CEO, managing personal appointments, scheduling, correspondence, and tasks as needed.
Meeting and Logistics Coordination
• Book and prepare meeting rooms for senior leadership and executive meetings
• Coordinate catering and room requirements for internal and client meetings and events for senior leadership and executive team.
Main requirements:
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting C-level.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise impeccable discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Package includes a competitive benefits such as 25 days of holiday rising to 30 over time and starting salary of up to £45,000 p.a. This position is mostly on-site, so you need to be available to work full time in an office located in Central London.
