We’re now looking for a motivated apprentice to join our friendly team at our South Leeds site.

About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in digital, IT, or e-commerce. You will gain hands-on experience supporting our digital transformation across UK and Ireland wholesale operations.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues while completing a recognised IT/Digital apprenticeship qualification, developing skills across e-commerce platforms, digital systems, integrations, and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and develop digital and e-commerce skills to support the business’s digital systems and platforms.
• Assist colleagues across UK, Ireland, and global teams with the use and improvement of digital tools and solutions.
• Support the day-to-day monitoring of webshop and digital platforms, helping to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist with basic digital marketing activities, including SEO, product content updates, and customer communications.
• Work with external suppliers and internal teams to help resolve digital and technical issues.
• Support internal digital processes, data accuracy, GDPR compliance, reporting, and ad hoc digital projects as part of your apprenticeship training.

Desirable skills:

• A strong interest in digital technology, IT systems, e-commerce, or data.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills across ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft D365 preferred), PIM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• Comfortable working with data and developing skills in Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik).
• An interest in SEO, product data, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with good time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams across the business.
• A positive attitude and commitment to completing an apprenticeship qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:  40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (one hour lunch break)
