Projects Administrator Apprentice
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and eager to start your career in project administration? Reality Solutions is looking for a Project Administrator Apprentice to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience while developing key administrative and organisational skills in a friendly and inclusive environment.
Role
Administrative Tasks:
- Create and manage projects in Teamwork
- Draft and maintain scope of works documentation
- Prepare and issue contracts as required
- Ensure RAID logs are checked daily
- Assist project managers in generating weekly reports
- Ensure all document templates are up to date and controlled correctly
Internal Projects:
- Manage and communicate internal projects across the organisation (e.g., Sicon Expenses)
- Assist the Support Team Leader in booking training courses for the support team, including CIM 200 and other
Sage/Sicon courses - Coordinate demos between consultants and support teams internally
Support & Ad-Hoc Projects:
- Communicate with customers to schedule smaller projects (e.g., ½ day or 1-day project labour)
- Liaise with consultants to ensure project bookings align with availability and requirements
- Provide administrative support for various ad-hoc projects as required
Account Management Support:
- Assist in ensuring that the customer is ready to hand over to the
- Account Manager, ensuring all paperwork is signed and returned
- Support the Account Manager in gathering information before a project handover
Training
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable)
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)
You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go onto higher education.
