Data Labelling Analyst II – Indonesian Language

Our client is looking for a skilled Data Labelling Analyst II to support AI content moderation and quality assurance. You'll help train AI models, review content moderation decisions, manage vendor performance, and improve moderation processes.

This role involves exposure to graphic and sensitive content, including violence, self-harm, abuse, or offensive material.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review AI moderation decisions to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Create and maintain golden data sets for AI and vendor testing.
• Collaborate with vendors, provide feedback, and track performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve moderation processes and workflows.
• Analyse data and metrics to inform quality strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams on quality initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on policies.
• Handle sensitive content and consider societal impacts of online activity.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in content moderation, QA, trust & safety, or similar.
• Strong understanding of moderation policies and guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with vendors or external partners preferred.
• Familiarity with data analysis/reporting tools is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian (spoken and written) is required.
