Financial Controller

RG Consultancy are delighted to be recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of a well-established and growing technology company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIMA-qualified/ part qualified individual looking for a hands-on role within a successful organisation.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the daily operations of the finance department
• Work closely with the Group Finance Director to provide financial insights and support business planning
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Manage all aspects of financial operations including: Cash flow management, Invoicing and billing processes, Stock control, Sales ledger and purchase ledger, Nominal ledger and fixed asset register
• Perform detailed variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
• Ensure accurate VAT returns and compliance with HMRC regulations
• Coordinate and support external audits and year-end reporting
• Provide financial input into budgeting and forecasting processes
