Generative AI Engineer

RJC is partnered with a leading Commodities trading company that is looking to bring on a number of Strong AI Engineers in their London team.

Working with large scale trade data, this is a good opportunity to work at the cutting edge of quant trading strategies and make a true impact to trading decisions.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong Educational background - MSc or PhD , Math, Physics, AI, or related technical field
• 5 years of commercial experience with at least 1 year working hands-on with LLMs
• Strong foundation in both AI/ML concepts and backend engineering principles
• Experience working in fast-paced environments

Technical Skills

• LLM & Agent Development: Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, implementing advanced prompting techniques and workflows
• Backend Engineering: Strong in n Python and backend frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, Django, Flask); understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
• AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar frameworks for building LLM applications
