Sales Leader, Agentic AI Security - EMEA

What is the job: Radware is seeking a dynamic sales leader to spearhead growth for Agentic AI Protection Solutions across the diverse EMEA region. Reporting to the global business head, you will create and deliver the regional GTM plan, drive large enterprise sales and partnerships, and ensure operational alignment with global priorities in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI security. What will you do? Regional Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute the EMEA sales strategy, adapting to market nuances, customer maturity, and regulatory demands
- Lead direct account engagements and executive relationships with strategic accounts
- Build out and enable a world-class partner network (AI Integrators, SIs, distributors, MSSPs, regional VARs)
- Forecast pipeline, drive new business, and deliver on ambitious growth targets
- Mentor Radware’s in-region sales teams, acting as a subject-matter expert for Agentic AI Protection propositions and market trends
- Collaborate with HQ and other geographies to ensure consistency and best practice sharing
- Voice local market needs to product and marketing teams, influencing roadmap priorities
- 7+ years’ B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, AI, or enterprise software with multi-country exposure in EMEA
- Demonstrated ability to win complex sales, manage partner ecosystems, and navigate cross-cultural business environments
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, cloud/hybrid security, and compliance frameworks relevant to the region
- Multilingual skills a strong plus; willingness to travel extensively across EMEA
