Events & Office Manager

Job Title: Events & Office ManagerLocation: London, W1 Salary: up to £60,000 We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and energetic Events & Office Manager to act as the operational backbone of a global tech company’s London office in W1. This is a full time, onsite role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, events, and operations. You believe no task is too small or too big, and you enjoy bringing structure and energy to fast-moving environments. You’ll help deliver standout events, run UK operations, and grow a new London space into a world-class hub. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Meet and greet
  • Manage supplier relationships
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end execution of events
  • Deliver high-quality hybrid sessions, workshops, and retreats
  • Coordinate venues, travel, accommodation, and schedules for founders, speakers, and team members
  • Support application review processes and interview scheduling
  • Track programme performance through data collection, reporting, and KPI dashboards
  • Manage operational administration such as reimbursements, guest scheduling, programme reporting and invoicing
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within tech, or a creative agency
  • Able to independently run complex logistics, from coordinating events and programmes to tracking expenses and schedules
  • Strong worth ethic
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments, taking initiative, and owning projects end-to-end
  • Confident using (or quickly learning) modern productivity tools such as Airtable or Notion
  • Open to regular travel across the UK for team events and retreats
